How can I access my voicemail?

You can click on the Voicemail contact or dial *123 from the Yippii Softphone, the SPA3102 ATA, Siemens Phone or other third-party hardware device.

Is there a charge for using voicemail?

No. Voicemail is completely free.

How do I set up my voicemail?

  1. Click on My Account, near the top of the screen on our website at http://www.yippii.com.au
  2. Login using your email address and password.
  3. Once logged in, select Update my service settings.
  4. Scroll down to Redirection Settings.
  5. Change voicemail settings as desired, generally to Redirect to Voicemail. You can set your Voicemail to react differently depending on whether you’re offline or on another call.

Click on Update... button.

What calls will divert to voicemail?

As long as you’ve set up Voicemail to accept unanswered calls, both Yippii and landline/mobile calls will be diverted to Voicemail.

Can I forward calls to another number instead of voicemail?

Yes. Simply enter the number that you wish calls to be diverted to when setting up your Voicemail.

How do I set up my redirections?

  1. Click on My Account, near the top of the screen on our website at http://www.yippii.com.au
  2. Login using your email address and password.
  3. Once logged in, select Update my service settings.
  4. Change Redirection settings to Redirect to a Number. You can set your Voicemail to react differently depending on whether you’re offline or on another call.
  5. Enter the number you wish to redirect to, for example 0400 123 456 will redirect to an Australian mobile number. You can also redirect to another Yippii number.
  6. Click on the Update... button.

Is there a charge for call forwarding?

Redirection to another Yippii number is completely free. Redirection to a landline or mobile number will result in both you and the caller being charged normal call rates.
