Note about getting your standard phone number

All of our plans include a real Australian phone number. If we cannot easily ascertain that you reside at your declared address via our directory, you will have to verify your identity with us by sending us a fax with two (2) pieces of ID that match the details used in your account. You will be given a form to print out, complete and fax back along with the ID when you complete the sign up process. Please note that the standard Australian phone numbers can only be allocated to a fixed address of persons currently residing in Australia, over the age of 18.

  • Applies to all customers.
  • All calls subject to a maximum of 180 minutes per call
  • All flate rate calls to Australian landlines limited to a total of 10,000 minutes per month
